Another variety of bolts are the hastelloy b2 shoulder bolts are also known as stripper bolts. Alloy B2 Bolts consist of a shoulder which lies between the head and the thread making it a total of three parts. These function similar to the Hastelloy B2 Fasteners and look like hastelloy b2 screws that have an unthreaded shoulder.
These unthreaded shoulders are larger in their diameter as compared to the thread itself. These Hastelloy B2 is a solid solution strengthened, nickel-molybdenum alloy, with significant resistance to reducing environments like hydrogen chloride gas, and sulfuric, acetic and phosphoric acids. Molybdenum is the primary alloying element which provides significant corrosion resistance to reducing environments. Hastelloy B2 Hex Bolts offers great resistance to stress corrosion cracking and pitting. Hastelloy B2 Stud is a nickel-base wrought alloy with excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. Hastelloy B2 Threaded Rods typically used in extreme reducing conditions.
